🛍 Orders & Shipping
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Most items ship within 3–7 business days, but shipping times can vary depending on the product. Custom and Greek-licensed products may take a bit longer — typically 7–10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships!
Q: Do you offer rush shipping?
A: We do not offer guaranteed rush shipping at this time, but if you're on a deadline, contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at the moment. We currently ship within the U.S. only.
Q: My package shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it — help!
A: First, check with neighbors or your local post office (this solves it 90% of the time). If it still hasn’t shown up, shoot us an email at info@shopivysociety within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist.
🔁 Returns & Cancellations
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Most items are made-to-order, so we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please double check sizing and personalization details before checking out.
Q: My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
A: So sorry! Please email us within 5 days of receiving your order at info@shopivysociety.com, with a photo and order number. We’ll make it right, promise.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: You can request a cancellation or edit within 3 hours of placing the order. After that, it may already be in production and we can’t guarantee changes.

Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Yes! We love working on custom merch for chapters, bid day, big/little reveals, teams, businesses and special events. Email us at info@shopivysociety and we’ll bring your vision to life.
Q: Is there a minimum for custom or bulk orders?
A: No minimums for most custom items. But if you're ordering for a team, business, or full chapter, let us know — we offer bulk pricing!
🎨 Custom Designs & Personalization
Q: Do you offer personalized items?
A: Yes! Many of our products offer personalization options, like adding your name or school. If an item is customizable, you'll see a personalization box on the product page. If you're unsure, just ask!
Q: Can I request a completely custom design?
A: Absolutely. Whether you’re planning a big/little reveal, bid day, bachelorette party or a custom drop for your team or event — we’ve got you. You can send your vision, inspo photos, or just tell us the vibe and we’ll create something original. Send us an email at info@shopivysociety.com with the deets.
Q: Can I use my own logo or design?
A: In most cases, yes! Just make sure you have the rights to use the artwork. We’ll double check it meets printing specs and give you a mockup before moving forward.
Q: Will I get a proof before you print?
A: For fully custom orders, yes — we’ll send you a mockup to approve before production. For smaller personalization (like a name or chapter added), we do not.
Q: Are custom or personalized items returnable?
A: All custom and personalized items are final sale, unless there’s an error on our end. Please double check spellings, sizes, and colors before submitting your order.
🧿 Greek Licensing & Product Info
Q: Are your products officially Greek licensed?
A: Yes! We’re proud to be Greek-licensed for all Colleges and NPC sororities listed on our site. This means every design is approved, and your organization gets a portion of the proceeds.
Q: Can I personalize an item with my school or chapter?
A: Some items allow for personalization it’ll be listed in the product description if so! If you’re not sure, just ask.
Q: What sizes do your products run?
A: True to size unless otherwise noted in the product description. If you have a question, just reach out and ask.
