Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
- Since our products are made to order, processing time typically takes 2-7 business days before shipping.
- Once your order is ready, it will be shipped directly from the fulfillment partner closest to your location.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination. Estimated delivery times after production:
- USA: 3-10 business days
- If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately as they could be fulfilled from different locations. Items ship as soon as they are ready.
Please note: These are estimates and do not include processing time.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping is a flat $4.99 fee.
- Free shipping with orders $75 or more.
4. Tracking Information
- After production, when your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but missing, please check with your local carrier.
- If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at info@shopivysociety.com, and we will assist you.
6. Address Changes & Order Issues
- If you entered an incorrect address, contact us within 3 hours at info@shopivysociety.com. Once an order is in production, we cannot change the address.
- We do not offer refunds for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
