We offer returns for store credit only within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:
✔ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
✔ Items must have all original tags.
✔ Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
❌ Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

1️⃣ Email us at info@shopivysociety.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ We’ll send you return instructions.
3️⃣ Once we receive your return, you’ll get store credit via a digital gift card.
